Potential reasons for your failed login.
- This device has not previously been registered in Azure
- You have not installed the Ensure compliance app
- Your computer is not compliant
New device needs to be registered:
- Go to “Settings” and choose “Accounts”
- Choose “Access work or school”
- Click “Connect” in the “Add a work or school account”
- Login with your work email address
Install Ensure compliance app:
- You can download the app here:
You are not compliant:
- Click on the “Ensure App” logo in your computer tray (Bottom right on your screen)
- If anything is showing “Non compliant”, follow the self-remediation link to rectify.
- Click “Recheck”
- Redo #2 if thing are still showing as “Non compliant”, or contact your administrator to get assistance.
