Failed Azure login

Potential reasons for your failed login.

  1. This device has not previously been registered in Azure
  2. You have not installed the Ensure compliance app
  3. Your computer is not compliant

New device needs to be registered:

  1. Go to “Settings” and choose “Accounts”
  2. Choose “Access work or school”
  3. Click “Connect” in the “Add a work or school account”
  4. Login with your work email address

Install Ensure compliance app:

  1. You can download the app here:

You are not compliant:

  1. Click on the “Ensure App” logo in your computer tray (Bottom right on your screen)
  2. If anything is showing “Non compliant”, follow the self-remediation link to rectify.
  3. Click “Recheck”
  4. Redo #2 if thing are still showing as “Non compliant”, or contact your administrator to get assistance.
