Helpdesk capability in the Ensure platform

In case a device has been blocked as non-compliant, and a user still claims that the device is compliant, your helpdesk can manually verify if the device is compliant and remotely allow the user to continue the log in process. This capability can also be delegated to the Ensure 24/7 technical support helpdesk team.

In case there is an issue when installing the verification agent, a case number is generated. Your helpdesk is able to manually verify if the device is encrypted and remotely allow the user to continue the log in process.
