Please follow to these steps for a successful connection

  1. Install the “CompanyPortal Installer” from HERE:
  2. Install Microsoft EDGE from HERE:
  3. Open the following page in an EDGE window: https://www.ensureendpoint.com/instructions-work-connect-mac/
  4. In the top left corner of this browser, under Profile, navigate to “Set up new work profile”
    in the drop-down list. (See screenshot)
  5. A new browser window will open.
  6. Click on the “Sign in to sync data” button and sign in to your work account.
  7. If the dialogue below is present – please make sure to UNTICK
    the “Allow my organization to manage my device” box.
  8. You can now access your Windows 365 through the “Work” profile,
    provided your compliance status aligns with the Ensure App.
